Privacy policy
How we collect, use, and protect your information, across both practices.
Last updated: 22 September 2026
Who this policy covers
This policy covers lettlshelp.com/ and both practices on it: Transformative Life Solutions and Transformative Leadership Systems. Both are operated by Tanika L. Smith.
You can reach us by phone or text on (240) 650‑0007, or by email at LifeSolutions@LetTLSHelp.com or LeadershipSystems@LetTLSHelp.com.
The short version
This website does not run forms on its own server, set cookies, or store anything on your device. It does not track you, and we do not sell or rent your information.
What we do hold is what you choose to send us by email, text, or phone, plus the ordinary server records our web host keeps.
When you use a form on this site
The contact and screening forms do not submit to us over the web. When you press Send or Submit, the form opens your own email app with your answers already written into a message addressed to us. Nothing is sent until you press send in your email app.
This means your answers travel as an ordinary email, through your email provider and ours. Email is not encrypted end to end. If a matter is sensitive, call or text instead.
So that a long message is not lost if your email app shortens it, the form also copies your answers to your device’s clipboard. They stay there until you copy something else. We never see your clipboard.
If your browser has no email app to open — which is common if you read your mail on the web — the page shows you the finished message so you can copy it into your own webmail. That text is only on your screen; it is not sent anywhere until you send it yourself.
Because the message is created inside your own email app, this website never receives or stores what you typed.
What we ask for, and what not to send
The forms ask for your name, email address, phone number, how you prefer to be contacted, and short answers about the kind of matter you have, so we can tell whether we are allowed to help.
Please do not send confidential details about your dispute before we confirm eligibility. The forms say so at the point where it matters.
Information collected automatically
Our web host keeps standard server logs: the IP address you connect from, your browser and device type, which pages you requested, and when. These are used to keep the site running and secure, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.
Typefaces served by Google
The site’s typefaces load from Google Fonts. To deliver them, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information. Google does not set cookies for this, and we send Google nothing else about you.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking
This site sets no cookies, uses no browser storage, and has no analytics, advertising, or social media tracking installed. That is why you are not asked to accept cookies.
If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and say plainly what is collected before it goes live.
Screening records
We keep a record of screening decisions, including matters we cannot accept and the reason, because our ethics obligations require us to document them.
Who else sees your information
Your email reaches our email provider, and our website is served by our web host. We do not share your information with anyone else except where the law requires it.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we never have.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call us and we will respond.
We may need to keep screening records even after a request to delete, where our ethics obligations require it.
Children
This website is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
