These terms apply to lettlshelp.com/ and to both practices on it. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this website is

The site describes our alternative dispute resolution services and helps you find out whether we can help. It is general information only.

Nothing here is legal advice, and nothing here is medical or mental health advice. Do not act or delay acting on something you read here without getting proper advice for your own situation.

Using the site does not make you a client

Reading these pages, sending a form, or emailing or calling us does not by itself create a client relationship. A relationship begins only when we have screened your matter, both sides have agreed to work together, and any agreement we ask for is in place.

Eligibility and screening

Every matter is screened before we accept it, in writing and by conversation. We cannot accept matters that fall outside what our ethics rules allow, including consumer matters and matters involving consumer‑facing businesses.

If we cannot help, we will provide free supportive referrals. Those referrals are suggestions, not a recommendation of any particular organization or an endorsement of the advice they may give.

What we do not provide

We provide neutral ADR, conflict‑coaching, and organizational facilitation services only. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal advocacy, and we do not provide medical or mental health counseling or clinical therapeutic services.

You may wish to have your own attorney review any agreement reached in mediation.

Confidentiality

Mediation‑related communication is treated as confidential. The Disclaimers page sets out the standards we work to.

Messages you send us

Messages sent from this site go through your own email app, so they travel as ordinary email and are not encrypted end to end. Please do not send confidential details about a dispute before we confirm we can help. If a matter is sensitive, call or text us.

We cannot guarantee that an email reaches us, so if you do not hear back, please phone.

Fees, scheduling, and cancellations

Services are provided for a fee. Cancellation charges may apply. Please read your agreements and contracts carefully.

Our content

The text, logos, and design of this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission. You are welcome to print or share pages for your own personal use.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another organization, such as a referral, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

Availability

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be up to date or free of interruptions or errors.
